A local, low carbon, heat and energy supply project is being explored in Cranleigh. Find out what’s proposed at the Information Event on Saturday 3 December 10am-2pm at the Village Hall. Non-profit group Community Energy South will be on hand to chat about opportunities for the community to develop energy projects. 10-11am play with energy gadgets and see how a solar panel works. 11:30 - 12pm project presentation by the experts. 12 – 1:30pm ask questions about the project. 2pm join a site visit round the Bruce Mackenzie and Snoxhall field which could be the project sites - providing heat and electricity to nearby buildings.
