Surrey County Council's Andy Gaisford will provide an update on their winning scheme 'Surrey's Local Energy Advice Demonstrator', and Ben McCallan from Zero Carbon Guildford will talk about the opportunities for communities to power up (community energy) and power down (energy survey service).
